a multifaceted entrepreneur, inventor, and classical composer. He has built and led successful companies in the pet food and HVAC industries, while maintaining a distinguished 35-year track record in real estate acquisition, renovation, and property management. His orchestral works have been performed live by the Raleigh Symphony Orchestra and can be found on major music streaming platforms worldwide. He is the inventor of SWICH, a patented modular electrical receptacle system.

Thomas Kucmierz

A highly innovative engineer, inventor, builder, and entrepreneur known for his exceptional ability to navigate complex problems and deliver practical, high-impact solutions. He served as President of GFI Software USA, an innovative software company, and later, TSFactory, a security software company. With a strong background in construction, he owned and operated several residential building companies, based out of Raleigh, NC. Tom is also the co-patent owner of SWICH, where he has been instrumental in transforming the patented modular electrical receptacle system through his engineering expertise and creative problem-solving. When not tackling technical challenges, Tom is an accomplished chef whose culinary skills are widely admired and a published author. Tom holds a AAS Electrical Technology and a BS Microelectronics Engineering from RIT.
